Applications are invited for a post of Senior Research Fellow in a CSIR funded project entitled “Genetic markers of lipids in Indians”.
PI: Prof D Prabhakaran, Executive Director, Centre for Chronic Disease Control

The appointment will be on contract basis as per rules of CSIR. Salary: 14,000 Plus HRA and Medical Allowance.

The eligibility for the post is:

1. MSc (Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology) AND
2. Two years of research experience in DNA extraction, and PCR techniques
3. MPhil is desirable but not mandatory
